“Special queuing arrangements" will be implemented for entry:
All areas are free-standing. Admission is based on the designated queuing number of each ticket.
Your queuing number will be printed on your ticket or displayed in the confirmation email. Queuing numbers are automatically assigned by the ticketing system upon completion of each transaction.
Please arrive at the “Queuing Area” 90 minutes prior to each performance and line up according to the order of your queuing number.
The “Queuing Area” will open 90 minutes before the performance, subject to on-site conditions. Ticket holders must queue in the designated area according to the order of their queuing numbers.
Ticket holders in the “Queuing Area” will be arranged to enter The Box in order, starting 45 minutes before the performance.
If you arrive after tickets holders have started entering The Box, your queuing numbers will no longer be valid. Please wait to enter
The Box until ticket holders from the “Queuing Area” have entered.
The above arrangements may be adjusted based on on-site conditions. The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority reserves the right to modify entry arrangements without prior notice.
